Duties and Responsibilities:Builds and maintains collaborative working relationships with the community, including schools, county staff, resident leaders, non-profits, faith community representatives and businesses. Oversee personnel functions, including recruiting, training, supervising, evaluating, and supporting the ECD Team Leader, ON Strategy Managers, ON Data Specialist, and any additional departmental staff.
