Reporting to the Senior Director of Principal with a dotted line to the Chief Advancement Officer, Major Gift Officers, Advancement Operations, Communications, Finance, Facilities, Lowell site leadership, executive leadership, campaign volunteers, and board members, the Senior Capital Campaign Manager is a senior individual contributor who brings sound fundraising judgment, disciplined execution, and initiative to complex campaign activity. With locations in Boston and Lowell, Massachusetts and Manchester, New Hampshire, IINE welcomes and serves thousands of individuals and families annually, including people displaced by political instability, violence, and climate crises; survivors of human trafficking; and unaccompanied children joining family members in New England.
