This position will assist homeless youth and young adults in crisis intervention,problem solving, action planning, and skill building, to address immediate life and safetyissues, reduce the risk of sexual exploitation and abuse, and reduce or prevent incidents ofhomelessness. The Street Outreach Program provides on-the-street services, including crisis and survival care and referral information to street youth in an attempt to increase their personal safety and encourage them to partner with us to leave the streets for a more stable living environment.
