Civility Home Care is seeking an outgoing, organized, and motivated Community Liaison & Client Success Manager to develop referral relationships, generate new client opportunities, and guide prospective clients through the process of beginning care. Develop and maintain relationships with case managers, social workers, discharge planners, healthcare facilities, senior communities, physician offices, community organizations, and local businesses.
