Employees are not required to be Catholic; however, employees of Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas must understand that they are visible representatives of the Archdiocesan Church and must not publicly oppose the teachings of the Catholic Faith or publicly advocate for positions contrary to Catholic teaching or the specific positions of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas or the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, including through public speech, demonstrations, writing, social media, or other digital technologies. Position Summary: Successfully promote and support the mission of Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas, as guided by Catholic Social Teaching, by developing and maintaining relationships with businesses, civic organizations, and community partners throughout the 21 counties of the Archdiocese.
