Plan, lead, and execute large-scale, cross-functional community engagement initiatives and multi-site events, overseeing project management, staffing, logistics, vendor coordination, budgets, and on-site execution to ensure high-quality outcomes and positive patient experiences. In addition to managing community outreach programs and staff, this role provides strategic leadership, cross-functional influence, and budget accountability to ensure community development efforts align with organizational priorities, health equity goals, and service-line growth initiatives.
