Knowledge, Specialized Skills, and Abilities: Good interpersonal skills and ability to present in front of a group Fluency in Spanish (speaks, translate, read and write) is required Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 25 pounds occasionally Ability to be flexible and work in a changing environment Ability to work evenings and weekends is required Sensitivity to different cultures represented among members, staff and communities served. Responsibilities include engaging participants, providing culturally responsive education and resource navigation, overseeing volunteers/ interns, supporting food access messaging and trust-building community events, data management, assisting with grant reporting, community outreach, and assisting with CalFresh applications.
