The position will mobilize community partners to implement evidence-based, trauma-informed strategies that address the needs of children and adolescents, individuals experiencing socioeconomic challenges, veterans and military families, justice-involved individuals, and families requiring coordinated multi-system support. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coalition Specialist to engage RGV communities in prevention, education, outreach, and coalition-building activities that promote behavioral health and reduce the impact of trauma, violence, substance misuse, and other risk factors.
