This role is responsible for building, developing, and managing high-impact community partnerships, designing and executing innovative engagement strategies, and strengthening IEHP’s presence across diverse communities to support member retention, benefit awareness, and organizational priorities. The incumbent ensures all public-facing communication, sponsorships, materials, and partnerships remain compliant, accurate, culturally responsive, and audit-ready, and serves as a knowledgeable point of contact during audit processes involving community engagement activities.
