Maintain daily presence Family Court presence to support program referrals, intakes and represent SIJC; Ensure that all youth who are released to pretrial supervision are scheduled for intake; Administer program intake to newly referred youth; Track cases and manage multiple court room assignments; Provide written and verbal case updates to the court and other court staff as needed including compliance reporting; Assist with intakes of participants and administer assessment tools; Facilitate orientation group sessions for program participants, as needed; Maintain appropriate client information in electronic databases and hard files, including court assessment, screening and outcome information; Assist with data entry as needed; Participate in staff meetings and trainings; Attend evening and weekend community events and meetings, as needed; Perform other duties as necessary to support the Staten Island Justice Center and department activities as assigned by leadership; and.
