The Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and strengthening relationships throughout southern Westchester County, with a particular focus on communities along the I-287/Westchester Avenue corridor, including White Plains, Port Chester, Rye, Harrison, Bronxville, Eastchester, Tuckahoe, New Rochelle, Yonkers, Mount Vernon, and Scarsdale. • Stakeholder Relations and Community Partnerships: Develop and manage relationships with key community stakeholders, including community-based organizations, senior groups, schools, student groups, houses of worship, chambers of commerce, civic organizations, elected officials, and community partners.
