Required: Minimum 5 years of experience, RN with ADN education, ACM certification, BLS, strong experience with discharge planning, medical necessity review, and difficult placement patients, ability to work 40 hours per week, must meet the 60-mile travel requirement, must have all required certifications before start, must be available for weekend on-call every 3rd-4th weekend and 3-4 hours in-house on weekends/holidays, Preferred: MCG experience, case management experience involving COPD, CHF, pneumonia, sepsis, total joint patients and fractures, strong communication and ability to work effectively in a close office environment, scrub color is flexible, no hoodies or open-hole Crocs.
