Strengthen, expand, and sustain ties with internal and external partners, moving beyond treating community-based organizations as the sole external stakeholder group to explicitly balance them with key institutional, corporate, and academic partners, including collaborating with other NCI designated Cancer Centers that serve our catchment area, particularly with respect to addressing needs of communities with disparities in access, prevention, screening, treatment, and survivorship relevant to COE and ScreenNJ program goals. Develop, expand, and sustain community engagement and outreach activities, scaling from localized grassroots mobilization to macro-level institutional ecosystems and cross-sector partnerships, in collaboration with Senior Director of Administration (CHECoE, Co-Director, ScreenNJ) to identify and address unmet needs and cancer burdens in accordance with priorities of the Cancer Institute and ScreenNJ program areas and partner communities.
