To direct, manage, supervise and coordinate the district's equity initiatives and strategic efforts to ensure that resources, systems, and decision-making processes effectively serve all students, families, and communities; to examine and support the equitable allocation and utilization of district funding to ensure resources are directed to students and programs with the greatest need; to develop, strengthen, and monitor internal policies and operational processes to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment with district priorities; to coordinate assigned activities with internal departments as well as external stakeholders including community partners, governmental agencies, and grant-funding organizations; and to provide highly responsible and complex administrative and strategic support to district leadership in translating organizational goals into measurable and sustainable practices.
