Must have a strong working knowledge of repair methods, materials, tools, and general practices used in maintenance such as but not limited to carpentry, electrical work, cement work, plumbing, sanitation, locksmith, janitorial care. The Maintenance Worker provides adequate maintenance and preventative maintenance on all equipment, buildings, and grounds to ensure safety to all persons, including staff and visitors, and to extend the life and appearance of these items.
