This role is different because Home Care Assistants at WelbeHealth: Work a stable, full-time schedule \u2013 unlike traditional home care roles, you will be assigned participants to fill a full workday, and will be re-assigned in cases of cancellations or unforeseen circumstances. On the day-to-day, you will: Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to participants in their homes, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and physical lifting when transferring participants.
