ASSEMBLY BILL 2534 (AB-2534) REQUIREMENT Effective January 1, 2025, per Section 44939.5 of the Education Code: (c) (1) A person applying for a certificated position at a school district, county office of education, charter school, or state special school shall provide that prospective employer with a complete list of every school district, county office of education, charter school, and state special school that the applicant has previously been an employee of. FRINGE BENEFITS: District contributes up to $10,000 for single employees, $17,500 for Employee plus one, an $21,500 for family medical, dental, vision, long term disability and life insurance.
