Under the general supervision of the Associate Vice President for Human Resources, the HR Budget and Operations Coordinator provides comprehensive/complex budget planning support and office support duties for HR that require analytical thinking and a thorough knowledge of university policies, procedures, and practices; develops, prepares, and maintains the department's operating budget; working directly with accounting in researching and resolving budget-related questions or issues. Ability work independently and plan day-to-day activities; quickly learn, interpret, and apply multiple complex rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements; independently apply judgment and discretion; identify, research, analyze, reason logically and resolve problems.
