The Global Insurance Program operates through an integrated three-party model: The program includes parallel workstreams spanning strategy, current-state assessment and capability mapping, process design and requirements, technology requirements, target operating model, platform architecture and build, governance, management, and operational readiness. The GIP Delivery Lead/Program Manager will ensure that strategy, operating model design, technology delivery, stakeholder engagement, decisions, risks, dependencies, and readiness activities remain aligned to the program’s target outcomes.
