The Manager of Health Information Management (HIM) plans, organizes, directs, and controls the day-to-day operations of the health information management function, including the oversight, maintenance, and processing of medical records to ensure clinical quality, patient experience, provider and employee engagement, and financial sustainability. The Manager requires advanced leadership oversight, including technical skills necessary to organize, maintain, and effectively use electronic patient health records (EHR).
