p>We are looking for someone who: • Brings executive-level clinical leadership experience within managed care, integrated delivery systems, or safety-net environments • Is comfortable navigating complex regulatory, operational, and political environments • Demonstrates strong systems thinking and the ability to translate strategy into execution • Leads collaboratively and builds trust with physicians, providers, County partners, and community stakeholders • Communicates clearly and credibly with internal leadership, governing bodies, and external partners • Is deeply committed to improving care for Medicaid and other vulnerable populations.
Desirable Qualifications:
• Proven executive leadership in clinical program implementation and improvement • Demonstrated expertise in systems thinking and health care delivery design • Experience leading across inpatient, outpatient, and managed care settings • Experience advancing health equity and addressing social drivers of health • Experience working with Medicare, Medi-Cal and other vulnerable populations • Strong background partnering with providers, community organizations, and public agencies • Knowledge of safety-net health systems and managed care organizations.
