This role provides daily on-site safety support at an assigned job site, conducts inspections and training, identifies and helps control hazards, supports incident response and corrective actions, and works directly with project leadership, foremen, crews, subcontractors, and management to maintain a safe, productive, and compliant workplace. The Boarder wall Site Safety Specialist is expected to maintain a visible field presence, identify hazards before they result in incidents, support Fisher's Stop Work Obligation, and communicate safety concerns clearly and professionally with employees, subcontractors, and project leadership.
