You will partner closely with Firmware, Mobile, Cloud, Systems, Product, Customer Support, Manufacturing, Operations, and Program Management teams to ensure engineering issues are efficiently routed, diagnosed, and resolved while maintaining high product quality and release velocity. This is a highly cross-functional technical leadership role requiring someone who enjoys solving complex system-level problems, thrives in fast-moving startup environments, and can independently drive initiatives from problem identification through implementation.
