Develop and carry out preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, cleaning, winterization, troubleshooting, documentation, and renewal schedules for solar-electric and battery systems, inverters, generators, water supply and pumping systems, pressure and waste water components, buildings, furnishings, roofs, siding, drywall, roads, grounds, drainage, utilities, fire/life-safety components, vehicles, tractors, mowers, trailers, tools, and program equipment. Diagnose failures and perform authorized repairs and skilled maintenance using carpentry, framing, finish work, furniture repair, roofing, siding, drywall, painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, mechanical, welding/metalwork, grounds keeping, and general construction skills; remove unsafe assets from service, and escalate specialized work.
