This role supervises planned substation maintenance, supports forced outage restoration and troubleshooting, and will help to develop the execution model for a HV/MV technician team, including planning, mobilization, safety expectations, work scope, and day-to-day oversight. Proficient in performing advanced electrical testing on transformers (Power Factor, TTR, winding resistance, excitation, and DGA analysis), and medium voltage cable testing (VLF, TDR, fault location).
