This role serves as the primary interface among business stakeholders, customer representatives, program leadership, architecture teams, engineering teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure coordinated execution across infrastructure, application, and cybersecurity domains. The Solution Manager will monitor project economics, staffing needs, operational budgets, risks, and delivery progress; facilitate status reviews; support proposals, bids, estimates, contracts, and schedules; and recommend alternatives when project performance, cost, or schedule issues arise.
