This position directs all plant operations, including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), and Human Resources, to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacture of products that meet customer expectations. The Plant Manager develops and executes operational strategies that drive continuous improvement, employee engagement, operational excellence, and financial performance while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
