This position is suited for someone who is a leader internally and externally, energized to help strengthen Verdantas’ presence in Delaware and eventually Maryland, and committed to fostering internal collaboration across various services such as transportation, municipal, civil, survey, geotechnical, environmental, water resources, and related service lines. The Group Leader will partner with the Division and Department Leaders, peer Group Leaders, and Area and National Practice Leaders to support project delivery, optimize resource utilization, and enhance client relationship development and business growth throughout Delaware and the broader Delmarva region.
