Between scheduled courses, the following tasks will be completed: making pen and ink changes to lesson plans, cross-training (attending classes), arranging and engaging in instructional preparation and testing material, reviewing and providing pen and ink changes to lesson plans to the Government for change considerations, serving as an Assistant Instructor in classes. Provide remediation training, maintain classrooms by re-configuring/setting up classroom furnishings, sort and maintain training aides and equipment, stock training materials and equipment, and/or assist with outdoor training site maintenance.

91H Tracked Vehicle Repairer Instructor - Establish and maintain a training program and ensure proficiency requirements set forth in the Performance Work Statement. Provide academic instruction; review and update academic and doctrinal publications; and maintain vehicles/equipment supported by academic instruction. Provide academic instruction to conduct classroom/laboratory conferences, discussions, demonstrations, and practical exercises in accordance with course material, POI, technical manuals, and student workbooks. Conduct student critiques in accordance with United States Army (USA) ODS Standard Operating Procedures. Provide remediation training, maintain classrooms by re-configuring/setting up classroom furnishings, sort and maintain training aides and equipment, stock training materials and equipment, and/or assist with outdoor training site maintenance.Requirements<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Common Faculty Development-Instructor Course (CFDIC), or its equivalent within the last five (5) years with recertification requirements for the CFDIC every five (5) years</li><li>TRADOC Initial Military Training (IMT) Installation Staff and Contractors Course (ISCC) with ISCC refresher training every three (3) years</li><li>Blackboard 101 Instructor Training. The Contractor shall complete Blackboard 101 Instructor refresher training every three (3) years.</li><li>Minimum of three (3) years track vehicle repair technical experience and must have been trained in track vehicle repair as evidenced by a holding a certificate in MOS's: 91A, 91H, 91L, 91M or 91P</li><li>National Accreditation, or previous employer certifications associated with the technical tasks of the course they are to instruct</li><li>Requisite technical experience which includes, but is not limited to, knowledge and hands-on skills in performing various automotive applications consisting of repairs on track, hydraulics, diesel engine, drive train, brakes, all Turret functions, maintenance and repair, etc.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel) Knowledge of applicable regulations and doctrine regarding MOS or ASI-specific training</li><li>Written and oral communication</li><li>Detail oriented</li><li>Excellent organization, planning, coordination and time management skills</li><li>Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills</li><li>Pass all hands-on and written student tests IAW the ODS Instructional Management SOP</li><li>Meet training, technical and tactical certification of course content</li><li>Minimum of three (3) years specific experience in teaching, developing or reviewing course materials, training aids, and manuals for vocational or military training</li><li>Proficient in basic mathematical skills up to and including roots and powers and metric notation</li><li>Perform duties regarding moderate assisted lifting (not to exceed 100 lbs.), long periods of standing, sitting or walking, and endure inclement weather conditions on occasion.</li></ul> Job Posted by ApplicantPro
