3+ years of prior people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, employee development, and accountability of frontline teams and/or leaders in an operations or warehouse management role, preferably in last-mile delivery, logistics, or a high-growth startup environment; a Bachelor''s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred but an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Manage access control across multifamily communities, ensuring proper key and fob chain of custody through sign-in/sign-out and reconciliation processes; maintain access compliance and promptly report any lost or missing access devices to protect operational integrity.
