Specific skills/other requirements - Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): writing, debugging, and troubleshooting code in mainstream Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript or JavaScript, and HTML; Cloud technology: GCP, AWS, or Azure; designing and developing cloud-native solutions; designing and developing microservices using Java, Spring Boot, GCP SDKs, or GKE/Kubernetes; deploying and releasing software using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and understanding infrastructure-as-code (IaC), Helm Charts, and Terraform constructs; at least 4 of the following: Java, J2EE, Python, Go, Perl, Ruby, C, C++, Microservices, JMS, XML, Kubernetes, Chef, Terraform, Cassandra, or Postgres; and at least 3 of the following logging and monitoring tools: Splunk, Grafana, GCP Stack driver, Apigee, Dynatrace, or App dynamics. Or, alternatively, a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer or related occupation in software engineering.
