The preferred candidate will demonstrate one or more of the following: Ability to teach core and advanced undergraduate courses in Computer Engineering; Experience with laboratory-based instruction in areas such as embedded systems, digital logic, computer architecture, microprocessor applications, digital signal processing, or related areas; Interest in mentoring undergraduate research projects, design projects, or competition teams; Potential to develop partnerships with industry, government agencies, or other academic institutions; Interest in contributing to curriculum development, assessment, and ABET accreditation activities; A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a growing engineering and computing environment. The successful candidate will be expected to: Teach 12 contact hours per semester ; Teach undergraduate courses in Computer Engineering and related areas; Advise and mentor students; Pursue scholarly research or creative activity, especially in partnership with undergraduate students; Assist with curriculum development, assessment, and ABET accreditation; Support student recruitment, retention, and success initiatives; Participate in department, school, and university meetings and committees; Engage in service activities at the department, school, university, and professional levels; Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Chair and/or Dean.
