The role works closely with Corporate Accounting, Corporate Shared Services, Treasury, senior finance and operations leadership, and property teams to improve the control environment, the accuracy of reporting, and day-to-day consistency across the portfolio. Hospitality accounting and hotel operations background strongly preferred, including familiarity with USALI and GAAP; exposure to ERP, PMS, and procurement/payroll systems such as Oracle Cloud, M3, Opera, or Birchstreet a plus.
