Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science, or a related technical discipline Ten (10) years of experience in computer engineering, software development, computer systems engineering, networking, computer design, or related technical disciplines Strong knowledge of computer engineering principles and practices Experience developing solutions across hardware, software, and networking environments Experience evaluating system architectures and developing technical strategies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Proven ability to lead technical efforts and guide engineering teams Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Experience developing and reviewing technical documentation and engineering artifacts Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance if required. Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government programs Experience leading complex engineering initiatives or technical teams Experience with enterprise computing environments Experience supporting systems integration, testing, and implementation activities Experience reviewing technical architectures and evaluating engineering solutions Experience mentoring engineers and technical personnel Advanced coursework or specialized training in systems engineering, software engineering, networking, systems architecture, or related disciplines.
