Facilitate the development and submission of curriculum proposals, including new courses and programs as well as revisions, additions, and deletions, working closely with faculty, program directors, industry partners, and community stakeholders, and advance each proposal through the required levels of review and approval, including the Colleges Curriculum Committee, the LCTC System Board of Supervisors, and the Louisiana Board of Regents, as applicable. Coordinate with the Colleges workforce and continuing education operations to develop short-term training, customized training for employers, incumbent worker training programs, and professional development offerings within the divisions disciplines, and to build stackable pathways from that training into the divisions academic programs.
