Reporting to the Director, Strategic Enablement within the PMO, this role will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and project teams by developing change strategies, engaging stakeholders, managing communications, and ensuring employees are prepared to embrace new processes, technologies, and ways of working. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Project Management, or a related field; or 5+ years of relevant experience leading change, transformation, project delivery, or business readiness initiatives.
