You will answer questions about existing policies, take payments and billing questions, send ID cards and proof of insurance, and process everyday service changes such as a new address, a vehicle, a driver, or a mortgage company. You will work closely with the agent on quotes and coverage changes, and you will learn how personal auto, home, and renters policies work so you can explain them in plain language.
