The role requires strong experience in Commercial banking, architecture, integration engineering, cloud/platform delivery, secure API design, and FIS banking systems, along with the ability to coach teams and partner closely with business, product, compliance, architecture, security, and vendor stakeholders. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, overseeing the design, build, integration, delivery, and support of business-critical applications such as Commercial Client Onboarding, including third party vendor integrations, new builds, enhancements, and modernization efforts.
