Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or a related field7+ years of experience in digital or business transformation, technology consulting, product strategy, or a related roleProven experience partnering with and influencing executive and senior stakeholdersHands-on experience applying large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to business problemsExperience designing or delivering retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or enterprise knowledge solutionsStrong communication and presentation skills, from the shop floor to the executive levelWillingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationallyAuthorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Preferred qualifications: Big 4 or technology consulting experience, especially in a digital, AI, or transformation practiceExperience in discrete manufacturing; continuous manufacturing such as oil and gas is also consideredExperience with sales transformation, including opportunity management and opportunity to project to execution processesFamiliarity with product taxonomy or product data managementExposure to engineering or new product development processesExperience applying AI or process improvement in procurement, quality, or manufacturing operationsExperience working in global, multi-region organizationsExperience working with offshore or global delivery teamsMBA or other advanced degree.
