Director, Shared Services oversees the companys newly created and centralized finance shared services function, including credit and collections, accounts receivable/cash management, treasury operations, accounts payable, and, in an appropriate transition, transactional accounting. Director manages the treasury function, in collaboration with the VP of Accounting, including cash forecasting, banking relationships, and working capital management, and ensures the organization maintains appropriate financial controls across all shared services functions.
