As a part of the tenured Sales team at ECS, a Customer Support Representative would be in reliable communication with the Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales Team, Order Fulfillment team and distribution customers to provide up-to-date information about orders with confidence. We are headquartered in Lenexa, Kansas and have a global support system of more than 28 locations that include manufacturing facilities, logistics centers and support in South Korea, Japan, China, Singapore, India, Western and Eastern Europe, and the United States.
