One (1) of the following education and experience combinations: o Twenty-four (24) semester hours in financial management courses (including up to 6 hours in business law), or, a valid certificate as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), obtained through written examination, or, o At least four (4) years of experience in financial management or financial analysis, or, a combination of college-level education, professional training, and work experience that provides financial management or analysis knowledge equivalent to four (4) years of experience.
