The provisions of WAC 357-04-045 (WAC 357-04-045) requires: The employee is employed twelve consecutive months or less; The employee is employed for one thousand fifty hours (1050) or less in that same twelve consecutive month period which begins from the original date of hire or July 1, 2022, whichever is later; and. The Cook 1 plans for daily meal service, accommodates documented dietary needs, maintains accurate records, monitors food and supplies, and supports a clean, organized, and welcoming early learning environment.
