The Resident Concierge will work closely with Admissions, Nursing, Social Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Dietary, Recreation, and other departments to ensure new residents and their families receive a warm, organized, and personalized welcome. This position acts as an advocate and resource for residents and families, helping address non-clinical needs and ensuring concerns are communicated to the appropriate department.
