The Advisor helps eligible JobsOhio-industry employers understand their options, assess readiness, select an appropriate earn-and-learn pathway, complete the incentive application, connect with qualified providers and resources, launch or expand programs, and progress through incentive milestones. Bachelor's degree in workforce development, business, education, human resources, organizational leadership, economic development, public administration, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience may be considered.
