In addition to daily sales associate responsibilities, the CCC/CCS maximizes sales by: • Creating increased customer retention and loyalty • Building lasting relationships and driving behaviors that grow brand awareness and hair color market share • Using market analysis to sell approved beauty products, introduce new products and concepts, provide customer service, conduct product education both in store and virtually • Providing color & curl/texture consulting services to professional beauty salons, barbers, spas, schools and licensed cosmetologists. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc.
