Position Overview:
The Community Concierge plays a vital on-site role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the leasing office of the property. From conducting prospect tours and follow-ups to spearheading internal and outreach marketing endeavors, resident retention efforts, and overnight on-call duties, they are the cornerstone of resident satisfaction and community engagement. Additionally, the Community Concierge may assist with various clerical or office-related tasks as required, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their role.

What You Will Do:
<ul><li>Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week, as determined by the Community Manager</li><li>Commit to working full shifts, which consist of a minimum of 3 hours per shift on-site at the property.</li><li>Be flexible to work additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed</li><li>Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal part-time hours</li><li>Complete all prospect tours of the community</li><li>Responsible for following up with assigned prospects in a timely manner.</li><li>Responsible for planning, implementing, and performing marketing duties and resident events</li><li>Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community </li><li>Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the community </li><li>Curate content for social media and marketing materials </li><li>Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager </li><li>Create marketing materials using Canva</li><li>Responsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties</li><li>Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the community</li><li>Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed</li><li>Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager</li><li>Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and Procedures</li><li>Responsible for ensuring product presentation always meets brand and company standards</li></ul>

Ideally, You'll Have:

This may include bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday.</li><li>Bending, stooping and reaching several times through a shift.</li><li>Must be able to see clearly with or without corrected vision.</li><li>Ability to drive to and from client locations, this may involve sitting for extended periods of time.</li><li>Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers</li><li>Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors)</li></ul> Work Environment<ul><li>Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation</li><li>Occasionally participates in property walks or outdoor marketing events where walking and standing for longer periods is necessary</li><li>Moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers)</li></ul> Work Hours/Schedule<ul><li>Additional workload and hours may be required during the turnover period on site. </li></ul>
