This role manages front‑desk operations, assists with resident requests, oversees property access and deliveries, and coordinates with building management and service vendors. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to the weather (heat, cold, rain, snow and ice) while assisting residents, vendors and visitors.
