Fulfill guest and tenant requests, including but not limited to dining orders, restaurant reservations, dry cleaning services, package deliveries, bell cart assistance, and other concierge-related services. The Concierge Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by remaining visible, actively monitoring the premises, and maintaining access control.
