Knowledge of the Franchise Manual, Distribution Bulletins, Engineering Handbook/Specifications,Distribution Operating Experience with Power Delivery design and construction processesKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to identify and implementprocess improvements.
